How to configure outlook with G-mail?

1. Select StartAll Programs → Microsoft Office→ Microsoft office outlook, the outlook windows appears as shown below. Click on Next tab


2.   After clicking Next, a new window will appear ahead you, as shown below. Select “Yes


3. After clicking yes, again a new window will appear as shown in below figure; here we will select the red marked option which is “Manually configure server settings or addition server types”. Follow the red marked fields in given figures for better understanding.

4.   After clicking manually configuration option you will find a new windows pop-up with the following options, check the below figure.
Select the “internet E-mail” option and click next.



5. Now a new window appears ahead you which ask you to fill some information about your Gmail account, such as your Name, Email address and some server settings.
In Incoming mail Server option you write “pop.gmail.com”
In outgoing mail server “SMTP.gmail.com”
Username will be your gmail address,
Assume your address is johncena_love@gmail.com, here your User name will be johncen_love,
fill your username and password then click to more settings tab.


6.  Go to advance tab and fill the marked fields as appears in below figure. And then click on ok.



Enjoy mailing experience without accessing Gmail every-time.
