How to trouble shoot the slow processing issue of Computer.

Many of us are having the same issue with our computers. it also happens with a brand new PC's which comes with pre-loaded software's. for trouble shoot this issue we can perform few steps. which surly make difference in your computer performance.

Step 1:-

CCleaner Run-





Install CCleaner Software, check all the boxes,and choose run. his will clean up a lot of garbage files. It should take up to 5 minutes. you can Download it from here. "Click Here" to download.


Step  2:-

Unstalling Programs-

Uninstall the programs which we rarely use of never use. we recommend removing as many program you no longer use, or can do without should be removed. If you remove something you needed, reinstalling it. after unisntalling the programs restart the computer.

Step 3:- 

Removing Start-up Items.

Open CCleaner. On the left,chose tools, the list that pops up is all of the items that start with your computer. anything you do not need running 24/ can be double clicked to stop it from starting with the computer. This is very easy to undo just repeat the procedure to enable an item.

You can also use window Disk Defragmenter utility to increase the system Read & Write Speed.

Pen drive doesn't show the data even when data exists,

Hi Friends,

We can use below steps to get over the mentioned issue.
for this we need to open Command prompt,
We can open command prompt by typing CMD on start menu.

Here i assume your Pen-Drive letter as J:
enter the below command in Command Prompt.
attrib -h -r -s/ s/ d J:\*.* Press Enter

Note : Replace the letter J with your Pen Drives letter.

Try this, it works in 90% cases
First of all check if the files are not in hidden mode..
Click on "start" run type cmd and then press enter

(attrib space -h space -s /s space /d space /d space J:\*.*) enter
please not do not type space where i have mentioned space it's just a black area. means you need to give a space between the commands using space bar.




now check the pen drive..:) i know it's working now. :)

Some time it feels hell, when we store the data and after few days or a period of time data goes hidden and doesn't visible after using lots of tricks and wasting time, but now you can access your data, no matter which virus did attack on your data. if your drive is showing data space then it can be accessed by 100% surety.

You need to perform few step which I'm mentioning below, for better understanding here I'm using the Snap-shots from my own system. Please follow the below steps:

1. Open My Computer and click on Organize.

2. After Clicking Organize the above windows will appear ahead you choose Folder and Search options.

3. After Clicking the Folder and search options. the above window will appear ahead you. where you need to choose View. Tab.

4. At the last the below window will appear ahead you, where you will need to tick Show hidden files folders, or drives-OFF, and 
or un-tick the all 3 points where you see Hide word, go through the below Snap-shot.

after doing mentioned steps click Apply then OK.

Now check you Disk/Drive, all the data is now visible, 

NOTE: After doing these steps please do not delete any of file, after coping your data please reset all the settings as it was before, for doing this you can choose Reset Default button from the settings as shown in above image.

How to fix pen-drive short-cut problem.

Hello friends,

First of all Click on Start "Run" and type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your pen drive letter as H:

Enter this command.

attrib -h -r -s /s /d H:\*.*

For better understanding please copy the above command and check the correct spaces between characters.

Please don't forget to replace the letter H with your pen drive letter.
Now press Enter

How to hide Computer properties from Start Menu or right click.

We can hide Computer's property from the Start Menu or right click using few simple steps. 

Steps are given below. given steps are taken from Windows 7. but you guys can do it in all the windows versions.

Step 1 :-

 

Go To the Group Policy Wizard, for this you can type a command in Start Menu "gpedit.msc"

A new window will appear ahead you, named "Local Group Policy Editor".

Step 2:- 

Select the Administrative Templates from the User Configurations Section, then choose desktop. click on the Desktop, find the correct option from the right box named. "Remove Properties from the Computer icon context menu, double click on the option and set it enable and click ok.

for disabling this feature you can set the setting as not configured or disable.

How to resolve $RECYCLE.BIN issue.

$RECYCLE.BIN is not a virus, so you don’t need to panic, if your data went hidden due to this, you still can recover all your data by attempting few easy steps.

Steps are all the same for these kind of issues. 

If your data goes hidden and tired lots of tricks to get your data back you should try this trick. you'll 100% succeed to recover your data. 

Please follow the below steps.

How to configure outlook with G-mail?

1. Select Start→ All Programs → Microsoft Office→ Microsoft office outlook, the outlook windows appears as shown below. Click on Next tab

2.   After clicking Next, a new window will appear ahead you, as shown below. Select “Yes”

3. After clicking yes, again a new window will appear as shown in below figure; here we will select the red marked option which is “Manually configure server settings or addition server types”. Follow the red marked fields in given figures for better understanding.

4.   After clicking manually configuration option you will find a new windows pop-up with the following options, check the below figure.

Select the “internet E-mail” option and click next.

5. Now a new window appears ahead you which ask you to fill some information about your Gmail account, such as your Name, Email address and some server settings.

In Incoming mail Server option you write “pop.gmail.com”

In outgoing mail server “SMTP.gmail.com”

Username will be your gmail address,

Assume your address is johncena_love@gmail.com, here your User name will be johncen_love,

fill your username and password then click to more settings tab.

6.  Go to advance tab and fill the marked fields as appears in below figure. And then click on ok.

Enjoy mailing experience without accessing Gmail every-time.

This is a very simple and popular trick which you can also use at your system.  Through this trick you can display you name “in 8 characters” near times in taskbar.

Follow the given steps.

1. Go to Start menu

2. Open Control Panel In classic View and Small Large Icon in Windows 7 and Vista

3. Click Regional and Language Options

4. Go to Navigate to Time Tab

5. Modify the Text under AM symbol by giving a space and adding your name or anything you want to display near time in taskbar

6. Click on Apply and then click on Ok

Now restart your computer and see the changes you made. Now share this trick with your friends.
